Ellen Schulze

This painting was created on request for someone special. Although it includes a fair amount of dark colouring, no 'black' paint was used at all in the process. In fact only white, red, blue and yellow paint was applied. This is simply because all colours and shades can be mixed from those four paints, hence black is never needed.

Lyme Park estate in England. The house has been modified over time, however it's main architectural style is Elizabethan. It was used as the exterior for Pemberley in the 1995 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Elizabeth, the main character states upon seeing it "I don't think I've ever seen a place so happily situated". I agree with her completely, the estate is beautiful. This is my favourite building.
This is a beautiful feat of engineering and design. That this A380, something so huge and heavy, is able to take-off and travel half-way around the world kilometres above the ground is simply astounding.
